Characterful and dry, with toasted nuts, baked bread and digestive biscuit framing green apple and stewed orchard fruits. Saline hints and gentle spice. Bright and classy.
Faint hints of truffle seem to play upon the much fresher red apple and redcurrant fruit and destine this for the table. Rounded, aromatic, fresh and beautifully vinous.
